I’m trained in many different psychotherapy and counseling skills, including cognitive behavioral (CBT), psychodynamic, IPNB (Interpersonal Neurobiology) and neurofeedback. These are safe and powerful tools that can bring about the kinds of change you’ve been wanting. Together we will decide which ways of working are right for you.
